Who we are

Green Global Resources Limited (Green Global), as its name suggests, is an environmentally conscious agriculture-based group currently focused on a number of strategic investments in the agro-conservation and bio-energy sectors. The shares of the Company are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under stock code 61.

Our name epitomizes our Companyˇ¦s focus and direction:

  1. ˇ§Greenˇ¨ emphasizes our dedication to environmental protection and conservation;
  2. ˇ§Globalˇ¨ reflects our commitment to actively engage in businesses in a variety of global locations; and
  3. ˇ§Resourcesˇ¨ evidences our vision to be a leading producer of regenerative or renewable resources that will propagate exciting and sustainable financial growth and shareholder value for our Company and shareholders.

Our strategic headquarter is located in Hong Kong. We currently operate businesses in Inner Mongolia and Hainan in the PRC and Laos.

Private Public Partnership (PPP)

We believe that in order to sustain commercial success, there must be harmony between the commercial interests of the private sector and the environmental and socio-economic concerns of the countries in which we conduct our business. As such, our Company has instituted an exciting new business model to form mutually desirable public-private partnerships (ˇ§PPPˇ¨) between the Company and local governments, institutions, civic groups, and the private entrepreneurs. Our PPP business model provides a bridge between the private and the public sectors by assisting the private sector to penetrate into highly restrictive sectors of the economy while enabling social and academic institutions and local governments to fulfill their institutional or governmental policies in relation to land protection and conservation of natural resources for future generations.
